What should I do next?

How do I begin?

Once the application is contracted, each flat will receive a Qr code in order to access and register in the application.

Can anyone see our documents?

Access to your community is restricted and only registered owners with a Qr code assigned to a specific address will be able to access this data.

How do I make a reservation?

In the common areas section of our App, you choose the common area you want to book and an available time, once the process is completed you will be sent a notification confirming the booking.

What is the difference between the landlord's application and the tenant's application?

Each address is assigned a Qr code for the owner and a Qr code for the tenant. The difference is that, in the tenant's App interface, the tenant will not be able to access the documentary information of the homeowner's association.
